Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your LuxeVally product. If there is a manufacturing defect or significant quality issue, please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Returns are accepted only for defective products. Size or color preference returns are not applicable as each piece is unique and hand-curated. Exchange may be offered subject to availability.

Refunds, if approved, are processed via the same payment method used, within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
